I made this page to keep track of and display my fitness results. After reading a very helpful and inspiring post, I felt inspiration to continue my goal of getting into shape. This page serves not only as a means to motivate myself, but perhaps motivate others who wish to follow along with me as I lose/gain weight. If I fail to make a data entry daily, please spam my inbox forcing me to keep at it! Below is a rough outline to my plan as well as some fitness goals and my progress along the way.
